We use "cookies" in our cart only to establish a unique identity between you and our secure server. All payment transactions are processed via the secure service (aitsafe.com) using 256 bit SSL. Once a transaction is complete, the information is erased from the memory on our server. Your credit card information stays encrypted from the time you enter it on the order page until the card is sucessfully processed.

As is possible with all web servers, PureHomeAir has at its disposal non-identifying information in the server logs. The data gathered by the logs can only be used to identify 'problems' with the site such as errors 404, and 500, and browsing patterns that cannot be linked to an individual. The pattern information, when gathered, will only be used to suggest improvements to the site. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders or Checks. Sorry, we do not accept COD. Money Orders or Checks are subject to receipt/clearing before order can be shipped.

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders to addresses in California only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of California.

PureHomeAir offers a superior line of sanitizing air purification systems to fit almost every need. We are convinced, through experience, that once you have enjoyed that benefits of purified air you will not want to return your Air Oasis Air Purifier.

We are confident that it will not be necessary, yet we offer a 30 day, No Risk, Money Back Guaranty. If you are not completely satisfied with the unit, contact us by e-mail form for details on returning the unit. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be issued. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned parcel, and it must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Packages without a valid return authorization number on the box will be refused upon delivery. All items returned are subject to inspection and must be returned in a 'like new' condition. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed if proper return procedures are not followed or the unit(s) show obvious signs of wear/damage/abuse.

For your protection, please send returns prepaid, signature requied, via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or FedEx. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot give refunds for returns that have not yet been delivered or have been delivered to the wrong address. We are not the manufacturer Air Oasis; rather, a dealer that has chosen to deal exclusively with Air Oasis. Returning an air purifier to the manufacturer will delay processing of refunds if prior arrangements were not made.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Bank/debit cards may take up to a week before funds are available after a refund has been processed. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

Air Oasis gives you the following limited warranty for this product only if it was originally purchased directly from Air Oasis or an Air Oasis Authorized Retail Dealer.

Air Oasis will repair or replace, free of charge, to the original purchaser, any part that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within three (3) years of the date of purchase.

This limited warranty covers the replacement of expendable or consumable parts such as the AHPCO Cell.

This limited warranty does not apply to any part subjected to accident, abuse, industrial use, alteration, misuse, damage caused by act of God, the use of voltages other than indicated on the label displayed on this product or service of this product by anyone other than Air Oasis.

Air Oasis does not authorize any person or representative to assume or grant any other warranty obligation with the sale of this product.

Air Oasis' limited warranty is valid only if you retain proof of purchase from Air Oasis or an Air Oasis Authorized Retail Dealer for this product. If you purchase this product from any other source, your purchase is "AS IS", which means Air Oasis grants you no warranty, and that you, not Air Oasis, assume the entire risk of the quality and performance of this product, including the entire cost of any necessary servicing or repairs of any defects.

Air Oasis' liability for damages to you for any costs whatsoever arising out of this statement of limited warranty shall be limited to the amount paid for this product at the time of original purchase, and Air Oasis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
